Carlos Saura. Los primeros años (PHOTOBOLSILLO)
Carlos Saura (Huesca, 1932) is one of the key photographers who portrayed a time in Spanish history which now seems almost forgotten. Saura takes us to places that we barely recognize nowadays: a miserable Spain, with its villages of unpaved streets, adobe houses, peasants fighting the cold with blankets, men whose only means of transport are donkey carriages, women in black… A Spain that reflects the traditions and habits of its people.
